Terms of Business
Ordering -
When ordering a game, you must secure your order with a deposit, this can be
paid by credit/debit card or by sending us a cheque/bank transfer. Deposits
are none refundable. Most games require a £100 deposit but certain games and
special orders require more. For example games that are priced at £3000 and above
require a £200 deposit.
We offer a 14 day exchange if you are not happy with your
game, the following conditions apply-
* A maximum of 50 plays.
* You contact us within 14 days of receiving the machine.
to advise of your intent to change your game.
* Machine not being a special order (i.e. you specifically
asked us to find this game for you).
* You must pay delivery charge for the exchange game
Payment for machine -
After deposit is paid, we don't require the balance until
the machine is ready for you. For those customers who
wish to pay by credit card, we generally charge your card
the day before the game leaves us. If you wish to pay by
bank draft/bank transfer (details below) please let us
know when ordering.
Warranty -
Is as stated Here and
applies to EVERY restored game we sell, without exception.
We do not sell as-is or un-restored games to the general
public.
Prices-
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. We
do our best to ensure all pinball machine prices are
accurate. However, prices of spares do tend to fluctuate
quiet frequently; you will be charged the current price at
the time of despatch.
All prices on this website are subject to VAT at the
current rate (Applies to EEC ONLY.)
