Parts Postage Info Orders are posted daily at noon, all orders received after this will go out the following business day. We send all UK orders out by 2nd class post which is 2 - 5 days delivery time. If you want it faster than this, you can select to have your order shipped by Parcelforce on a Next Day service but please note, the cut off time for this is 11.30am as Parcelforce collect daily at that time. Parcelforce will email you with consignment details etc but please check your spam folder as mail filters may have routed it there by mistake. UK orders; Small, light orders can be sent via Royal Mail but due to the increasing amount of "lost" items we must send orders over £50 in value (or heavy orders) by Recorded delivery or Parcel Force couriers. International Orders - Europe; Most orders will be sent via the Royal Mail and will be insured. Larger or more valuable orders will be sent via Parcel Force "Euro 48" service which is 48 hours to major EU cities, other areas 72 hours.. Typical prices to Germany, France etc for an 2-4 KG order measuring around 18" x 12" x 6" will be £25 for a 48 hour delivery service. Royal Mail can take around 2 weeks to deliver a European order, sometimes quicker, sometimes longer. You can choose at the checkout point if you want the fast EURO 48 shipping or regular AIRMAIL shipping. International Orders - USA and Rest of World; Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for service and will be insured. Typical transit times to USA is 7 days. Cost ranges from $7.50 for light orders to $10-$15 for average orders, due to couriers charging by volume rather than weight, ramps will generally cost $50 to ship. Delivery of Machines This a brief reminder of the information at OUR DELIVERY PAGE. ORDINARY Delivery option This is for most UK destinations, machine sent via specialist amusement machine carrier (fully insured) £59.95 (Inc VAT), delivery made to ground floor with easy access, no set up included. Doorways must be at least 29" wide for Bally/Williams games or 28" for Stern/Data East games. Or you can have the game set up on the ground floor for £120 (Inc delivery and VAT). EXCEPTIONAL Delivery option If machine has to be installed either in a cellar or on the first floor or above then delivery will be at least £180 (Inc VAT) but can be more depending on the actual installation required. i.e. 2nd, 3rd floor installation will be more expensive etc.
It is essential that you inform us when ordering, if a machine is required to be installed on anything other than a ground floor WITH EASY ACCESS, as separate contractors are required if access is difficult. If we are not informed before delivery is made (and it is not possible to store the machine at your location until arrangements can be made for the installation of the machine) the £120 for exceptional deliveries will be charged on top of the £59.95 you have already paid as the machine will have to be taken away again and brought back by the installation contractor(s). Delivery is usually made during normal working hours but sometimes weekends if the set up option is selected. They will normally contact you a day or two before to arrange delivery. If you have any preferences for delivery dates, please specify when ordering. Returns; Any item can be returned for a full refund within 14 days subject to a 5% handling fee. For machines, this is subject to our TERMS restricting the amount of play etc. Click link for details. Assuming, of course, items are still as new. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice when returning items. We will NOT refund postage charges in any return. |
