Hurricane - Ferris wheel drive belt.
Now in its 17th year, Hurricane can suffer from slippage of the Ferris wheels, particularly when there is a ball in them. This is because the belts lose their flexibility.
Just look in our online shop for part number 23-6663. When you receive your new belt, be sure to adjust the tensioning wheel on the drive unit (item #7 on the breakdown of parts in the manual), this should be as close to the surface of the playfield as the bracket will allow.
DO NOT USE OIL ON THE PULLEYS (we have seen it done) - This will render the unit useless. |
