INSTALLATION UP/DOWN STAIRS (delivery, set-up and stairs)
If the machine has to go up a flight of stairs or down (eg cellar) then the cost is £179.95 which includes, delivery, set up and taking the machine into 3 pieces to get it up the stairs! If more than 1 flight of stairs is involved then please email us

It is essential that you inform us when ordering, which type of delivery you require. If we are not informed before delivery is made and you wanted the machine up-stairs or setting up etc then we will probably have to take the machine back and come another day. You will be charged for delivery again if you've not ensured which delivery option is for you.

Delivery is usually made during normal working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), however, if necessary, other arrangements can be made with the specialist amusement machine carriers we use to deliver our games. They will normally contact you a day or two before to arrange delivery.

We use these couriers for most deliveries and have found them to be very careful and accommodating!

The manual will be on the top of your game and should be read before operating your machine (at least the first few pages!). Full instructions on unpacking your game can be found here and should be printed out for easy reference.

For newer machines (1984 onwards) the head does not come off easily and is better left folded down during transportation. Most machines when dismantled are 29" x 30" x 52" weighing 110-135kgs

You need to be sure your door opening is 29" (74cm) wide or the machine will not easily fit through. Please tell us in advance so that we can make special arrangement for the machine to be dismantled first. Older houses usually have no problem accommodating a pinball through the doorways.

UNEVEN FLOORS - Don't worry about uneven floors - all machines have leg levellers which will usually cope with most lumps and bumps
